The remaining balance will be processed a minimum of 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat. Cancellations made 90 days (or more) prior to the start date of the retreat will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 89-30 days prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat.
