Rocco (Coco) is a yoga teacher (E-RYT200) and men’s coach with training in Ashtanga, Kundalini, Tantra & Techniques for Transforming Trauma. His unique perspective brings together fitness, traditional yoga philosophy, Human Design, mindfulness & queer sexuality. Combining these elements and more, he creates transformative experiences that help men to get liberated from shame, upgrade their minds & bodies, make more exciting life choices, integrate their sexuality & bond with each other. Coco is married and lives with his husband, Pepe, on a regenerative farm in Southern Costa Rica.
